What is Risely?
Risely is a food delivery platform that connects customers with local restaurants. Browse menus, place orders, pay in the app, and track delivery to your door.
Where is Risely available?
Risely serves customers in supported cities and areas across Nigeria. Set your delivery location in the app to see restaurants available near you.
How do I download the app?
Visit our homepage and use the Google Play or App Store badges to download Risely. Restaurant partners can register through the partner section of the app.
Ordering & delivery
How do I place an order?
Set your delivery location, choose a restaurant, add items to your cart, and checkout. You can track your order status in the Orders tab.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by restaurant, distance, and demand. Estimated times are shown during checkout and updated in order tracking.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes. Update your delivery location in the app before placing an order. For an order already placed, contact support as soon as possible.
What if my order is late or missing items?
Contact us with your order number and we will look into it. Refunds may apply in eligible cases.
Payments & refunds
What payment methods are accepted?
Risely supports secure in-app payments through our payment partners. Available methods may vary and are shown at checkout.
When am I charged?
You are charged when you confirm your order at checkout, unless a different payment flow is shown for your selected method.
How do I request a refund?
Contact support within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and details of the issue.
Your account
How do I create an account?
Sign up in the Risely app with your phone number or email. Complete onboarding and set your delivery location to start ordering.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Delete account in the app, or use My Profile on the website while signed in. You can also request deletion by email if you cannot sign in.
Is my personal information safe?
We use reasonable security measures to protect your data.
Restaurant partners
How do I list my restaurant on Risely?
Download the Risely Partner app or visit the For Restaurants section on our website, then complete registration with your restaurant details.
How do I manage my menu?
Restaurant partners can add, edit, and remove menu items from the partner app dashboard after their account is approved.
How do I delete my restaurant account?
In the partner app, go to Profile → Account Deletion and confirm. This removes your listing and menu from Risely.
